We introduces the Vertical Cartoning Machine MVC140 with an outputof up to 140cartons per minute. The MVC140 assures high efficiency at greater speeds andprovides the best quality and performance when compared to other machines inthe same platform. The principle of operation is as listed below. The machines speed can be run from 60-140 cartons per minute. The machine consistsof automatic/ semi automatic cartonating machine. The principal ofoperation is as mentioned below. 1. End load carton is removed from a supplymagazine via a reciprocating vacuum system. 2. Carton is erected and placed down on continuousmoving chain system. 3. Product loading into the carton can beintegrated with your pick and place system. 4. Please note, product can be comfortably, loadedin the open carton as sufficient place will be provided for 2 people on eitherside to load the products. 5. Loaded carton is transported through themachine and is either tucked closed or pressed between and pressing belts. 6. Completed cartons are then automaticallydelivered from the front of the machine at a Convenient working height on anexit conveyor.
